Credit or debit card, and PromptPay. Both are a single payment — nothing is charged again later.
As many as you like, for your own classroom. What you may not do is pass the file on, resell it or hand it out for other people to use, because the file is the product.
No. Download links are short-lived and single-use so files cannot leak, but you can request a new one from your own order page at no charge. The number of requests is capped, and the cap is generous enough for ordinary use.
These are digital files, and a file that has been downloaded counts as delivered, so there are no refunds on request. You are shown this, with a box to confirm it, before every payment. We do refund our own mistakes — a double charge, or a payment that went through without the file reaching you.
Membership, refunds and print & post
No. There is no monthly charge and nothing to cancel. Membership is a discount earned from what you have spent: once the total passes a threshold, the discount applies to everything you buy afterwards.
Over a twelve-month cycle that starts from your own first purchase, not a calendar year shared by everyone. When a cycle ends its total starts again, while your lifetime total stays on show.
A refunded amount comes back off the total, which can genuinely lower your tier. The tier is calculated only from money actually received.
From the number of sheets, the paper you choose, packing, and postage per parcel. The price is shown before you pay. Nothing appears afterwards.
Yes. Your files and receipts are tied to your account, which is what lets you download a past purchase at any time and keeps your membership total from being lost to a guest checkout.
