Clear before you pay
Before you subscribe
Subscription files work differently from files bought outright. Please read this first.
When does my file allowance reset?
The file allowance resets on the 1st of each month and does not carry over, yearly plans included.
How long can I open subscription files?
Files taken on a subscription open for as long as it is live. If it ends they stay in your account and open again the moment you renew.
Do I own files bought separately?
Files you buy outright are yours for ever, whatever your subscription is doing.
What happens to the portal if membership ends?
If a subscription ends, everything in the portal is still there to read - you just cannot add to it until you renew.
