Every worksheet is a PDF that can be downloaded the moment payment succeeds. Once the file has been delivered it cannot be recalled, so we do not refund completed purchases.
Before you buy, every worksheet has a preview image, and the detail page states the grade band, the category and the difficulty.
We do refund a duplicate charge for the same order, a payment that succeeded where the system failed to deliver and we could not put it right, and a charge made with a card used without authorisation.
Printing and postage are charged at the real cost of paper, ink and delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, tell us within seven days of receipt and we will send a replacement at no charge.
If you believe your order falls into one of these cases, contact us with your order number. We will review it and reply within three working days.
