We collect what is needed to sell and deliver worksheets: your email address, your display name, your order history, and a delivery address only when you use the print-and-post service.
We never store card numbers or CVV codes. Card details go from your browser to Stripe directly; our systems never see them.
Personal data is encrypted at rest, and passwords are hashed one way so they cannot be recovered.
Cross-border transfers: some providers we rely on process data outside Thailand — Stripe for payments, and our file storage and email providers. We choose providers with equivalent safeguards and send only what that service needs.
You may ask to access, correct, export or erase your data under the Personal Data Protection Act. File a request from your account page and we will act on it within thirty days.
When you ask us to erase your data we remove what identifies you, but we must keep order and receipt records for as long as tax law requires. What remains cannot be traced back to you.
Cookies fall into four categories. The necessary ones are always on; functional, analytics and marketing are your choice, and you may change your mind at any time.
