This site sells English-language worksheets as digital files, for teaching and study.
Buying a worksheet gives you the right to use that file for your own teaching or study, including printing copies for the students in your own classroom. It does not give you the right to resell it, republish it, or distribute the file to anyone outside your classroom.
One purchase covers one teacher. If a school or an institution wants several teachers to work from the same set of files, please contact us about an institutional licence.
Teaching you charge for is fine — private tuition, an online course, a tutoring school — as long as the students are your own. What is not allowed is turning the file itself into a product: reselling it, giving it away as a bonus or an incentive, compiling it into something you sell, offering it for download on your site or in your group, uploading it to a public file library, or adapting it and publishing the result as your own work.
Downloaded files carry a note identifying the buyer on every page, so a file that is passed on can be traced back.
If we find our files circulating, we will always contact the account holder first. That note identifies the account a file came from, not the person who shared it. Where it turns out to be a misunderstanding or an accident, we will ask for the file to be taken down and treat the matter as closed.
Where it is deliberate, or continues after we have raised it, we may suspend the account's downloads and ultimately close the account. You can still ask us for copies of your past receipts at any time. Copyright infringement may also carry legal consequences of its own, separately from anything we do.
An account is required before ordering, so that you can reach the files you have bought and your receipts at any time.
Prices are in Thai baht and include any applicable tax. Member discounts are calculated from your accumulated spend within your own annual cycle.
We may revise these terms from time to time. A revision is issued as a new version with its own effective date, and the version you accepted at the time of an order is recorded against that order.
