What children will practise

A mixed Grade 5 health review: daily exercise time, the dengue vector, information not to share online, what the FDA mark means, iron deficiency, and seeking help when feeling low.

What's in the worksheet

6 multiple-choice questions, 3 options each, one topic each - At least 60 minutes of activity a day (distractor: 60 minutes a week) - The Aedes mosquito carries dengue - Do not share your home address online - The FDA mark means the product passed safety checks - Iron deficiency causes paleness and tiredness; when feeling very low, tell a trusted adult

How to use it in class

Use as an end-of-term review; about 5 minutes. - Play solo and check per-question results; follow weak spots with that topic's own game, such as food for school age or online safety - In English mode, question 2 shows the rat option mistranslated as 'I, a child speaking'; tell children beforehand that it means a rat, or play the set in Thai mode - Question 5 is the only nutrient question; if many miss it, revisit the nutrient-deficiency table - Close with question 6 by naming where to get help at school - Play it linked to the class to record results in the mark book.

Common sticking points

- Question 5: night blindness and bleeding gums are vitamin A and C deficiencies; children who remember the symptoms but not which goes with what will choose wrongly - Question 1: '60 minutes a week' differs from the answer only in day versus week, so fast readers slip - Question 2: flies tempt children who know flies spread disease - Question 6: 'play games to forget' is what children really do
