A look before you play
A few real prompts from the game to help you choose an activity for your class.
"Eleven" has to be learnt on its own - it does not come from "one".
"Twelve" is another one to learn on its own.
"Thirteen" turns "three" into "thir".
Before you play
Practise the number words eleven to fifteen, several of which are irregular (eleven, twelve, thirteen, fifteen), tell them from misspelt distractors, and separate -teen from -ty.
6 questions, multiple choice with 3 options - 11 (eleven; distractors tenone, oneteen) - 13 (thirteen; distractors thirty, threeteen) - 14 (fourteen; distractors forteen, forty) - 15 (fifteen; distractors fiveteen, fifty) - ten + one (eleven)
